Gondola echoes November 25th, 2011 Edition
We are ready! The first snowflakes have fallen, the snow making equipment is ready, and so is the Mont Orford team. We are working with much excitement and feverishness to offer you a ski and snowboard season which will fulfill your expectations. We are all very anxious to see you and we wish to thank you for your fidelity.
Hurry! 10% discount on season passes until December 4th, 2011 There are only a few days left to take advantage of a 10% discount on your 2011-2012 season pass. Purchases can be made online or at our customer service counter which is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during weekends. Please note that once ski and snowboarding activities have begun, our customer service team will be available as of 8:00 a.m.
A new water pipe will guarantee an increased and constant water supply. (We thank the Ministère du Développement durable et des Parcs.)
The number of snow cannons has been doubled. Two new Prinoth snow-grooming machines were purchased.
The ultimate goal: to achieve better snow coverage and trail maintenance, as quickly as possible.
There will be a snow park! Our snow park will be open to all. We will be able to offer a quality snow park this winter. With its three jumps and a dozen rails and boxes, it will be complete with all the essentials of every great snow park. We hope to see you all there!
Becoming an ambassador, accessible to all! Our team of ambassadors has a well-established reputation. Our customers greatly appreciate this service which will be offered once again this season. If you wish to become an ambassador, help others get to know the mountain, and be one of the reasons why new enthusiasts return to the mountain while enjoying several advantages such as free lift tickets, you are welcome to join the team. Signed collective agreement! The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford is proud to announce the signing of a first collective agreement with its employees. This good news will make it possible for the ski centre to launch the season in a positive atmosphere.
