Cancellation policy for group lessons
Please check with us in case of inclement weather to know if the lessons are cancelled.
The information will be available the morning of the class starting at 7:00 am on our web site www.orford.com or call at the Snow School at 1-866-673-6731 / 819-843-6548 ext. 8356.
A minimum of registrations is required for the program to start. Otherwise, the Snow School can cancel or can change the duration of the program.
If a lesson is cancelled by the Ski School because of bad weather, the lesson will be reschedule to the end of the program. A maximum of one lesson will be retake except for Ski Masters program, the lessons will not be retake.
Lesson hours are not transferable and cannot be rescheduled during the season and to the next season.
The lift ticket is mandatory during the lesson: consult our multi day rates section.
The required minimum age for programs must be reached before January 5th, 2013.
For any lesson reservation, a full payment will be required.
Rates can change without notice.
