Mont Orford Snow School Foundation
We are proud to announce that the Mont Orford Snow School Foundation will once again give out developmental scholarships for the 2012-2013 season.
The Mont Orford Snow School Foundation inc. offers the possibility to whatever person (instructor, assistant instructor, pre-instructor or coach) who wishes to achieve a certification or continue their current certification, but has financial limitations, the possibility to receive a developmental scholarship. The developmental foundations are financed by the donator-members of the Mont Orford Snow School Foundation inc. and by various activities.
In virtue of this program, the Mont Orford Snow School Foundation inc. will contribute to 2/3 of the tuition fees (the anticipated price) from a course or an exam (AMSC, ACMS, FESC) for the beneficiaries of the developmental scholarships.
To be admissible for a developmental scholarship, the person must:
- Apply in the required delays.
- Indicate which course or exam they wish to attend (AMSC, ACMS, FESC)
- Demonstrate the desire to teach or to excel in teaching skiing or snowboarding.
- Demonstrate the aptitudes that need to be followed or excel in the course or exams.
- Show that there is a financial need.
As of November 3rd 2012, the Developmental Scholarship Form will be available from the Mont Orford Snow School Foundation inc., by e-mail at fondation.orford@gmail.com or directly Developmental Scholarship Form.
The applications for the developmental scholarships must be returned by e-mail at: fondation.orford@gmail.com before Sunday December 9, 2012.
The number of developmental bursaries are limited. A selection comity will be formed in order to attribute these bursaries. The Mont Orford Snow School Foundation inc. does not guarantee that each application will receive a bursary. The results will be confidentially communicated to the applicants as of December 16, 2012.
